Fiji top seeds in Scotland
The Digicel Fiji 7s team are top seeds for the Scotland 7s in Edinburgh and head Pool A, where they will play Australia, Portugal and Kenya.
For the first time the founders of the 7s game, Scotland, will hold an IRB 7s event at the country's national stadium Murrayfield on 2-3 June.
The form of the hosts has followed a sharp upward curve since the season opener in Dubai and the Scots have reached the Cup quarter-finals in the last three tournaments to currently lie inside the top eight in the Series standings.
Second placed Samoa are the only side besides Fiji to have captured two titles this season and face a European trio in the unpredictable French, Italy and Wales, who have won silverware in their last eight events on the series.
The final pool is headed by New Zealand, who lie third in the series and face the tough challenge of England and Argentina as well as one of Europe's improving sides in Georgia.
