Deceptively fast and strong fly-half. Stands flat and moves the ball quickly which suits the Fiji style of play. Has yet to show much in the way of tactical kicking, but with Bai, Rabeni and Ligairi around him he hasn’t really needed to.
Finished the 2005 Pacific Tri-Nations as Fiji's first-choice fly-half with an exhilarating performance against Tonga in one of Fiji's rare glimpses of real form, but strangely lost favour with coach Wayne Pivac and didn't feature in 2006.
After leading the Sharks in 2007, Prasad later returned to national colours against Samoa in Apia.
