Pacific Rugby Cup team: Fiji Warriors
Colonial Cup team: Stallions
Fiji club: Senibiau, Nadroga
Height: 2m00 (6'6")
Weight: 120kg
Born: 27 August 1985 in Sigatoka

Qovu was only 19 years old when he debuted in Fiji's 29-27 loss to the NZ Maoris in Suva in 2005.

The powerful Malevu villager featured well for newcomers Sharks in the 2005 Colonial Cup, reaching the semi-finals. He then joined the Stallions in 2006 where he came on in the final to set up a try.

Qovu switched provinces in 2006 to Ovalau in search of more game-time in the Sanyo Cup.

He skippered the Fiji U21 side that finished ninth at the 2006 World Championships, including defeats over Scotland and Italy; and had a terrific game for the Fiji Development XV against Queensland Reds in Brisbane.
