Fiji province: Nadroga
Pacific Rugby Cup team: Fiji Barbarians
Colonial Cup team: Stallions

Considered one of the fittest forwards in the national side in 2006, Talei also possesses a good side-step for a forward.
He represented the Fiji U21 side in 2004 after earlier studying for two years at Welsey College where he made the 1st XV at flanker.
After a good performance with the Stallions in 2006 in which they lifted the Colonial Cup, he joined provincial stalwarts Nadroga.
The solid looseman has matured with each game and he got the nod for the run-on team in 2006 to help Fiji defeat Samoa 23-20 in Suva.
